The Griffin Armament MK1 Recce Patrol is a full-featured AR-15-pattern rifle designed for dependable use as a primary carbine. Its 16-inch 416R stainless steel barrel uses a .223 Wylde chamber, providing compatibility with both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. A tuned mid-length gas system and suppressor-optimized buffer system support reliable operation with or without a suppressor while helping reduce felt recoil. The rifle includes an enhanced bolt carrier group, pinned low-profile gas block, ambidextrous charging handle and selectors, suppressor-compatible muzzle device, and a low-profile rail system ready for accessory and optic installation.
