Eligibility
You must be at least 21 to purchase a handgun, suppressor, or any NFA item, or 18 to purchase a long gun. You must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. You must not be a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). Submitting an order is your representation that you meet all of these.
FFL Transfer
All firearm orders ship to a federally licensed dealer (FFL) of your choosing, where you complete a Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check before taking possession. Failed background checks are not our liability — the receiving FFL keeps the firearm and you forfeit the merchandise (we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee).
Pricing & Inventory
Prices on the website are the prices you pay. We don’t add hidden fees at checkout. Inventory updates in real time but occasionally an item shown as in-stock will turn out to be sold by the time we pull it — in that case we either ship a replacement of equal or greater value at the same price (with your approval) or refund in full.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. We insure all firearm and NFA shipments to full value. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we file the claim and ship a replacement once the carrier confirms the loss.
NFA Items
NFA items (suppressors, SBR, SBS, machine guns) require ATF Form 4 approval before they can be transferred to you. Tax stamp ($200 in most cases) is your responsibility. We hold the item at our SOT until your receiving FFL/SOT confirms readiness, then ship for the wait.
Returns
Firearms that have transferred to your FFL are not returnable. Accessories, parts, and unopened ammunition can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus shipping. Used items are sold as-is.
Disclaimer
State firearm laws change. We make a reasonable effort to flag products that are restricted in specific states, but it is your responsibility to know the laws in your state and at your destination FFL. We will not knowingly ship an item that is illegal at the destination, but we are not your attorney.
