Where we ship from
Houston, Texas. CS Firearms holds Type 01 FFL 5-74-201-01-3C-28193. NFA inventory ships from our SOT. Most non-hazmat domestic orders move UPS Ground or FedEx Ground; hazmat (powder, primers, sealed ammunition) ships UPS Hazmat. Firearms ship signature-required, adult signature.
Where we ship to
Lower 48 states + Alaska + Hawaii (firearms only — no powder/primer hazmat to AK/HI). All firearm shipments go to your receiving FFL, not directly to you, regardless of state.
States we cannot ship specific items to
- California — handguns must be on the CA roster; many of ours are not. No standard-cap mags, no threaded barrels, no Polymer80 frames.
- New York — no Polymer80 frames, no threaded barrels, no >10-round mags.
- New Jersey — same restrictions as NY plus a long list of specific firearms.
- Hawaii, Massachusetts, Maryland, Washington, Illinois — partial restrictions; check the product page.
Where a specific product is restricted at your destination, the product page shows a state-restriction note. If you order something restricted to your state, we’ll catch it before shipping and refund.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout. Standard shipping on a non-hazmat firearm to most domestic destinations runs $25–$45. Hazmat (powder/ammo) is higher because of the carrier surcharge. Orders over $500 ship free on standard ground.
NFA shipping
Class 3 items (suppressors, SBR, SBS, machine guns) ship from our SOT directly to your receiving NFA dealer/SOT after Form 4 approval. We don’t ship NFA items before approval — they’re held at our SOT during the wait.
International
We do not ship internationally. Period. The export licensing for firearms is a different business and we don’t touch it.
Shipping issues
If your receiving FFL says they never received the package, contact us within 7 days. We file the carrier claim, the carrier investigates, and we ship a replacement once the loss is confirmed. We insure 100% of value, so out-of-pocket loss to you is zero — but we need fast notice while tracking is still hot.
